I have the standard $15/mo plan which gives me 100 outgoing minutes per month.
If I were to go over the allotted minutes, would Public Mobile charge my account additional fees?

I also have the $15 plan with 100 minutes of outgoing calling. I do as suggested by @hTideGnow and @RossN and get the $5 / 500 minutes of Canada wide calling add-on. If I run outta regular plan minutes...those add-on minutes take over until next renewal. Any unused add-on minutes just roll over until you use them up...even if that takes several months or more.
BTW...log in to your account / My Data and Add-ons and check if you have any of the More Is Merrier gift of International calling minutes. Those minutes also allow calls within Canada. You would have had to have a PM account in December '21 and replied YES to the texted offer sent to you.
If not...you'd have to get the $5/500 minute add-on or get on a $25 plan or higher as they include unlimited calling within Canada to Canada.

HI @TH_Bui You won't get charge extra. But you cannot make more outgoing calls
PM is a prepaid service., So, you will have to buy the extra minutes add-on before able to use outgoing minutes again or you have to wait for next cycle

@TH_Bui no you just would not be able to make outgoing calls until your plan renews but you could buy the 500 min add on for five dollars to tide you over
