I have a $40 dollar plan.

I set up prepay so I should get 5 bucks off.

Im charged 45 on my CC.

How do I even see my invoice see what the charges on my account. Payment history doesn't show any 45 dollar charge.

@Gamblevii  - sounds like you just activated an account with the $40 plan.

Where did you hear that when signed up with Autopay it is $5 off? It is always been $2 in my time here (and only available on Old Rewards program; if you just activated, unfortunately you are not eligible for Autopay).

"customers who are or become customers on and after January 25, 2022."

Check your payment history here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history

Taxes are not shown in My Account, but they will be charged on your credit card, or if you purchase vouchers upfront.

@Gamblevii are you existing PM customer and just made the plan change?  did you use Change plan now and made an immediately plan change?

If you make an immediate plan change, PM will take the full plan amount on this particular time but normal rewards will resume on next renewal

@Gamblevii

When did you activate here with Public Mobile?

If you're certain you are on the older 'grandfathered' plan (and not the 'newer' Public Points plan), then with Auto-Pay and a combination of referrals and loyalty, you may very well be expecting to pay less.

Please let us know WHICH rewards plan you're on and whether you have any referral or loyalty rewards which normally apply to reduce your bill.   With that known, plus the province/territory of your phone number, we can tell you exactly how much you should expect to be withdrawn on your credit card.

Remember we're just customers like you on this forum, so no personal info, just the basics.

As for the Payment tab.   There you'll see the base plan value before taxes.  You'll also note they separate the charge into a 'base' plan and 'data' component - the sum of the two equals the plan you've selected.

@Gamblevii  You have to pay tax on top of the plan amount could this be the difference your seeing ,, you can check payment tab in self serve to see what you have been charged for

Adding auto pay is only $2 off on the old rewards system when did you join are you on old rewards or new points rewards ?
