I have already called my credit card company and they confirmed that you have double charged me, if you want i can send you the statement as proof.

Before you contact a CS Agent, I always recommend speaking directly with your credit card company first to make sure it is an actual double charge and a "Pending" charge and "Regular" charge. Sometimes those can be mistaken. If it IS a double charge, please feel free to click on one of the CS Agent links below.

@Gobi1 Did you happen to change plan right away and not on renewal ? Or do you have two posted charges for the same amount ? If two posted charges for same amount and one just not pending . Submit ticket with support to investigate
