I got overcharged when registering my account. There's a duplicate payment on my credit card statement. And I am not able to submit a support ticket due to system error. How can I follow up this issue with Public Mobile?

I actually noticed the extra payment on the day I registered the accounts. I was waiting and hoping the pending transactions would not be settled and would go away. Unfortunately, they were were posted in the end.

Handy provided the link to a CS Agent. However, I would first recommend speaking to your credit card company first and foremost to confirm it is actually a double charge and not a charge and pending charge. Folks tend to confuse the two as a double charge. If your credit card company confirms it is a double charge, then use the link provided below.

@Joekc44 Is one charge just pending ? If so it should fall off , if both charges posted then use this direct link to support
