I have been overcharged for a USA talk and text add on. How do I submit a request for a refund?

While you wait for CSA help, please help us understand how this occurs...for future. What makes you think you were overcharged ? Did you hit Buy X 2 or is it a double charge to your credit card ? Did your computer or cell freeze up during initial purchase so you tried a second time ? I suspect the CSA may credit your account regardless...but would be constructive to understand how it could occur. TIA
