Hello,
I purchassed a $20 data addon in dec and then had to renew my plan because I could not use the internet addon. It did not do anything at all.
I was away and Just remembered to email as you do not have an easy way to do this on mobile itself.
It would be nice to be able to report these issues from within the public mobile app and not being linked to a

you can open ticket with PM support to get that amount reversed. But since it is an issue from Dec, I suggest you to wait couple more days before submitting them a ticket. PM support agents are facing long support queue from the new 50% off deals for new subscribers.
