Hi, I'm being overcharged. Need to contact a representative

HI @Davalvdia   would be nice if you can provide us more information about the double charges.  Did you accidently clicked twice for payment? or Autopay took money twice?

 

And if there are 2 charges showing up on credit card, maybe one of them is a pending charge?

 

if you are sure not pending and PM really overcharged you, open ticket with PM CS agent and they will confirm and action accordingly:

Open ticket  at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Davalvdia   where you see it being overcharged?  credit card ?  If so, it could be just a pending charge and it will get dropped within couple days after the real charge went through

 

Also, login to My Account using Incognito mode, go to Payment page and confirm if you see one or two charges there. (Keep in mind, a regular renewal will be broken down into 2 lines in the Payment history)
