Hello!
I am trying to activate my voucher; https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
How can I activate my voucher !?!?!?!
Can someone help; also I received email verification but if I do password reset; I get no pin.
Please help me!

You need to contact a CS_Agent to help activate your SIM with a voucher.
You can private message on the envelope icon above.
Otherwise, you need a credit card or debit card to activate online.

You can’t login your account if you haven’t activated your new SIM.
Activate it first if you haven’t yet then you can login to your account.

@uot21 If your trying to activate a SIM card with a voucher you need supports help for this , unless you have a credit card then support not needed

This is the link to activate your new SIM but you need a CC or debit:
https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation
Once you activated the SIM, you can enter the voucher in your account but it will remain as credit for your next bill.

You can’t activate a new SIM. Only with a CC or debit card.
But other members say that you can activate a new SIM with a voucher by contacting a CS_Agent to help you activate a new SIM.
You can purchase a reloadable CC from any gas station or grocery store:
Also you can dial 611 if your account is suspended.

You can enter the voucher number by dialing 611 on your phone.
The selfserve login is working for me and the 2FA code is sent by email works too.
