I just noticed back in February I was charged 25.76 10times for a total of 231.84.  I do not know why and I would like a refund.  How do I talk to billing

I had to set up community with a different address   Now I can’t get into my account.  I set up a ticket to reset account so that I can get help with overcharge!   Simon won’t help without getting into my account.  Grrrrr.

My account I can’t get into.  I had to set up a new community to get to Simon but now I can’t get into the account.  Very frustrating

Wow that is a large overcharge. 
Best thing is to contact a CS_Agent to check whether so if you have been SIM swapped and ask for a refund.

Create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of this page or private message them on the envelope icon top of page.

did you try to make a plan change?

But, check have you been paying anything for the couple months after Feb, Maybe the fund was sitting in Available fund and used to pay for the renewal after?

 

Check the payment history since Feb and see

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@bmscott2 , if you need to dispute a multiple charge in the same billing period, please use the chatbot link at the bottom of the webpage to initiate a support ticket.  By chance did you initiate multiple immediate renewals?
