My data was supposed to reset with a new plan, $35/month for 3gb. I got charged for $35 but my plan currently says I only have 1GB and that I've already used 596MB. I literally just woke up so this is not possible.

Alternative...log in to your account then under Plan Usage look for the little update arrow. Give it a spin and see if that gets everything up to date.

@izabelscarr - if you renewed today and arranged a plan change, your My Account my just need a refresh to clear the cache data from last cycle.
Log out, then clear cache/cookies, or open a tab in incognito mode. When you log it if you still do not see the refreshed plan, click the little circle refresh button.
Your account may also just be going through renewing today.., so give it a bit more time.

With this new site, you likely still reading off the cached version, so the usage you got was not up to date
Try to login My Account using Incognito mode (or InPrivate for Edge, Private for Safari) or try again with a completely different browser like Edge/Firefox/Chrome. You should then see the latest usage from the server
