@Frah2022 - were all your services working okay before?
Can you log into My Account, or call 611 from your device, to check the status of your account..is it Active or Suspended?

If services still don't work if you can try your sim card into another phone, check for outages in your area:

reboot your phone , go to SIM card management to activate your Public Mobile card.

@Frah2022 which city and province you are at??
You try reboot the phone? Maybe if you have another phone , try your PM sim card there
And any error on the phone status on top?
Try changing to 3G only and see if it connects
