Public Mobile is a prepaid service.
You can't, technically, be "overcharged" unless there was a plan change or add-on applied without your knowledge/consent.
If for some reason payment was applied twice, you should see the extra payment in your "available funds" in Self Serve. Best to leave it there till the next renewal as time to process refund may exceed the next renewal date.

Do you see extra charge on your account in transaction history?
Do you see extra charge on your credit card?
What charge do you see and what do you expect it to be?
