I scheduled to change the plan on renewal date which is today Nov 27th, however the system didn't change the plan. Can someone help me? Attached the screenshot:

@oliverchao24 What plan did you change to? There is conflicting info.. says you plan expires dec 27.. did you do an immediate change?

@oliverchao24 Common question.. use incognito mode on your browser and check again.. PM shows cached pages

@oliverchao24 the new My Account page has some cache issue and you could be just still read cached page
Please try to use Incognito mode to login to My Account again and you should see the correct info
