Ordered and paid for add-ons, but not received!

I pad for 2 data add-ons (2x$5.00) but did not receive them and could not use my phone for several days...

please use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login My Account once more and see if you see the addon

add-ons don't extend your service... you need a subscription active while using addons
