Hi
I ordered a phone last week, and it arrived yesterday with no SIM card.
How do I get a SIM card sent to me? Or can I pick one up somewhere?

contact them to credit to your account how much the cost the new SIM. or if want the will re-sending to you. but if you have SIM card Active just turn off your device and insert your SIM in new device.

@joendonna it should come with a free one. Message them and ask for one back
but you likely don't want to wait if you want to activate a new line. Other than from Telus/Koodo store, consider ordering from Amazon. $7.99

you need to contact customer service agent to inquire about missing sim, you can pick one up at a telus or koodo store
