Get started and payment still no outgoing calls

from freedom mobile to public mobiles

get started and finished payment with public mobile but out going call and message  not working.

How to solve.

Well since you're Public Mobile SIM card is not properly provisioned don't do anything keep your freedom service active and the freedom SIM card in your phone so you have active services. Then contact customer support to get your sim card provisioned to your PM account. Once that is done you can get customer support to re-initiate your port request from freedom and with the freedom SIM card already in your phone you can then reply yes to the porting authorization text and complete your Port of your freedom number.

I did not receive any sms from freedom mobile to reply yes

Reboot your phone and see if you have any service. Look for public mobile to show up as your network. If you still have no apparent service try testing the SIM card in another phone. If there is still no service then you need to contact customer support to get your sim card provisioned to your account.

you have received a validation SMS text from your freedom service provider, and that you have followed the instructions in the message within 90 minutes to approve the number transfer.
Your freedom old SIM card must be inside your device and your account with your previous provider must still be active so you can receive and respond to the SMS and authorize the request. Please do not replace your old SIM card with your Public SIM until you have responded to this message SMS reply YES
To given the approval to transfer your old number to new provider.

 

If the previous troubleshooting steps didn’t work, and it has taken more than 2 hours to transfer your mobile number, you will need the help of a Customer Support Agent Chatbot
