Phone number stuck with poublic mobile, cannot access or retrieve account

hi,  i had my phone ported from rogers to public mobile, after 1 month of failed payment account got locked and cannot access it. need to save my phone number somehow.

you can call from another phone 1-877-4PUBLIC and enter your number, you should hear that the number just suspened

a quick way to resume service is to buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load the voucher using *611

but if you want to understand what was wrong, ask PM support agnt by message them
