Contact the CS_Agent by private messaging and click on the envelope icon on the top of this page. Or you can order online from Canadian Cell Supplies on sale for $3.99 and pickup if you are in the North York area.
Also available at London Drugs, Walmart, The Mobile Shop (inside Superstore/Loblaws) or PM retailers.

As tracking details show that the package was returned to the sender, you should automatically receive a refund, and unless that doesn't happen within a reasonable amount of time, I would say that there's currently no reason to contact a customer support agent. To receive a SIM card, you're going to have to place another order.

@Rezika try to reach out to PM and see if they can send the SIM again or cancel the order for you to buy it in store
