Clicked e SIM by mistake. How to I switch or to physical SIM so I can hook my phone up or how do I get ahold of someone at public mobile

If you ordered by mistake and your phone is not compatible with eSIM, then you can purchase a physical SIM card via different means. In store would be the quickest. Corporate Koodo and Telus stores do sell them. Amazon does offer prime shipping and sometimes sales. Also, can order from PM website but delivery is up to 10 business days. Afterwards, you can contact CSA for credit for the physical SIM card purchase.

@Ashdawnl23 You need to get a physical SIM card and sim swap it in your account profile page or get support to help you with it
