Order a SIM card but haven’t received anything.

Hello,

I have ordered a SIM card Oct 27, 2023. Haven’t received any SIM card yet. Want to cancel the order and get refund.

@Premek9   Yes people do use the service successfully.  How long ago did you order the sim?  For difficulties logging in you can contact customer service agents via the link I posted for @Halima1997

@Halima1997  That's only 7 business days, if you get to 10 business days then you might want to contact customer support.  Or you can go to a Telus/Koodo corporate store and buy a sim card (phone ahead to check for stock) and Public Mobile will refund you.  They are also available on Amazon which might be quicker.  You can contact customer service by private message via this link.  You will need to watch the envelope icon top right for a reply, or if no envelope then click on your avatar and select "Messages".  I would give it another three days before contacting customer service, my sim took a week but others report longer.  Seems to be the luck of the draw!

Ours was also longer than expected but once it arrived things all smoothed out. We spent a long time chatting with the online people. It was frustrating at first but they were able to help. We also could not get a refund right away when we thought that ours was lost. Sorry this is not super helpful, other than we went through the same thing and feel for you.

I didn’t know the service is too bad. Only delivery takes more than 10 days and it can be 3 weeks I’ve seen in this forum. And there is no way I can speak with an agent. Frustrating! Who has all day to chat with agent.

I'm in the same situation, didn't receive sim. How to get help? Mobile app doesn't work (gets stuck in eversafe authentication), web chat doesn't work (gets stuck on internal server error).

Did I just get scammed? 

Is anyone actually using this service successfully?

It takes 5-10 business day (or longer) to receive SIM from PM.

I doubt you can get a refund that fast as your order can be in the middle of processing or on route to you.
