Hello,I have ordered a SIM card Oct 27, 2023. Haven’t received any SIM card yet. Want to cancel the order and get refund.

I didn’t know the service is too bad. Only delivery takes more than 10 days and it can be 3 weeks I’ve seen in this forum. And there is no way I can speak with an agent. Frustrating! Who has all day to chat with agent.
