Opening a ticket does NOT work

My addon I purchased is not working, opening a ticket does NOT work.

Yes, I have restarted my phone.

Please let me know, how do you get anything fixed?

@Deketele1 that is not true

Your $15 is a 3G Speed plan, and have no restriction to the network type you can access.

All  PM customers,  regardless of the plans they have,  can access PM 3G/4G/5G networks and can have full access to T-Mobile/ AT&T 4G network if roaming add-on is  purchased

I just got back from the US and had the same problem.  Eventually found out that my base plan ($15/mo) only works under 3G.   So, even though my phone can handle both LTE (4G) and 5G, if the US network that I’m on (which was T Mobile) does not support 3G you’re snookered. You can buy an add-on but you’re at the mercy of the US network, not Public Mobile.
