My monthly subscription cycle started just two days ago, yet my usage shows my allotment almost entirely used !   I use very little data on cellular as I do no web searches when out of the house. (In the house I’m on wifi.)  So the only data is iMess...

Can someone help please ?  The chatbot will not allow me to open a ticket. It indicates a problem doing so.  So It says to send a message to @CS_Agent but that doesn’t get accepted either.

Why can’t I send texts while in the US ?   I bought a roaming add-on !
