Hi, unfortunately none of the stated suggestions/solutions from the various forum members worked. I experienced this same issue when I last visited this part of the US and will likely take a pass on purchasing add-ons in future. My travel associates all had seamless service from their providers.

Did you buy just data? Or one of the bundles? Roaming data would need to be on yes. And of course cell data itself.
Set your networks to automatic so you can pick up either T-Mobile or AT&T. Set network mode to 4G LTE to maximize the connectivity on either. And yes restart. You might be able to get away with just going in and out of airplane mode.

Make sure that data roaming is turned on in your cellular settings. Also make sure you are connected to either T-Mobile or AT&T. You can manually select one of those two carriers if you don’t automatically connect. Reboot your phone after changing this.

@Deketele1 , are you able to connect to either of T-Mobile or AT&T networks? Are you able to use data or make calls? Try rebooting the phone.
