Only text is working for my text and talk US roaming bundle

Hi,

I purchased a US text and talk roaming bundle but only my text is working. when i try calling someone it cancels right away and does not ring.

are you connected to T-Mobile or AT&T?

first, make sure network mode to set to 4G and NOT 5G

With your issue on  voice, make sure VoLTE is enabled on the device setting. 
And if it does not work, try to change the Network to T-Mobile ONLY, and change  Preferred Network Type or Network Mode to 2G and see if the calls go through.
Also, you can download VoIP app TextNow as a workaround to make calls and text if you have Wifi or if your roaming has data component and data  is working

@wfg  Set the phone to 4G/LTE and make sure your connected to T mobile or AT&T . If you still have issue with voice try phone on2G and connect to T mobile and ensure you have data  roaming turned on in phone settings
