Hi, I am looking at the change subscriptions options and can only select the two lowest options. This is the same when I am logged in on the mobile app. There is no option to change between 'ALL', '5G Speed','4G Speed', '3G Speed' like on the plans page (https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/nl/plans#ALL). Can someone look into this or tell me how to fix this?

None of that works, it does not work in the browsers or the app.

You'll need to watch the envelope icon top right for a reply, or select your avatar for a drop down menu and "Messages"

I've tried sliding it, and it does not work, it functions like a button. (same on the mobile app).

I've tried both suggestions of using incognito and reinstalling the mobile app, and neither changed anything.

@RyanLau Does that "all" button slide along to the right? It looks like it should.

@RyanLau Maybe try uninstalling the app and re installing it see if that helps or if on computer try again incognito private mode and clear web browser cache and cookies and see if that makes any difference for you .
