As the title describes, I can't seem to send picture messages (MMS) to iPhone users from my OnePlus 12R after the latest Android update. Does anyone have a fix for this? I have tried resetting my networks and changing my APN settings to the following, which has enabled me to receive MMS but not send. The issue so far as I can tell, has been limited to just iPhones.
My APN settings are as follows:

This did it! The only difference was I had to set the MVNO to 4D4F and it did the job!

You will need to contact customer service agent to fix your issue. Either via the following link:

If you are having a difficult time, then you can private message CSA:
Send a private message to CSA through the following link :

There are a few different APN's for Public Mobile depending on your device. If the above APN does not work these are the APN settings for my Samsung phone that differ:
Name: Mobile Internet
APN: sp.mb.com
Authentication type: None
APN type: default,supl,mms
APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
Enable/disabled APN: APN enabled
And on my wife's Google Pixel it differs from mine:
APN type: default,mms,supl,hipri,fota,ia
APN protocol: IPv4 ( edit...missed this one)
MVNO value: 4D4F

did you just update the OS? There has been some issue with OnePlus after the Android upgrade
as to your have problem with just sending to iPhone? honest, I don't think it is your phone problem, your phone just sent out and don't really care iPhone or not. There is only a slight chance that you are not really sending out MMS but you were sending RCS and your iPhone friends have not setup to receive RCS yet. So, check if you were sending MMS or RCS
But maybe check the ARN again. With OnePlus, there might be a bit more work than simply updating. Many confirmed that you need to delete the current APN profile first. Then Add new profile and add according to this, please note case-sensitive and do not add extra spaces. Remember to save the new APN and then reboot the phone before you try
