On the top right of my iPhone, it says SOS

Hello, I’m trying to do the final step of my set up for my new Sim card. But on the top right of my iPhone, it says SOS where it usually shows three bars. The final step of my set up is sending me a text message with a code, but I don’t think I can get any text messages sent with the SOS on the top right. Please advise on what to do to proceed. Thank you very much!

hi @Divii try reboot the phone once and try the sim in another phone if possible

Hello @Divii 

Have tried to take your SIM card out, reboot phone then re insert the SIM card? Do you have access to another phone? If so, can you try it in there? Sometimes SIM cards just need a bit of a kick.

Also, did you port over your number from another service or just start fresh with PM?
