I cannot text to my email since switching to public mobile from telus. I have an iPhone 14 Pro

@Samchmait yes, I know what you are trying to do, this is a great feature and too bad many people unaware of this. And if there is such a feature, why waste time to download and resend as email
i did a quick test and sent to both Microsoft and Google email , the MMS sent but the email never arrive. I suspect the text email hot blocked by the mail servers
you want to check with PM and see what they say? but they properly would not do much as this is properly an unsupported feature
to get PM to check, Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

that is MMS. make sure MMS is enabled and mobile data is enabled (wifi is not sufficient)
or on iPhone, it is an iMessage feature, were you able to send iMessage?

Can you please share some more detail. Your question or comment doesn't make sense.
Are you saying.... instead of using a phone number to text, you text your email address?
