Been trying to change my old sim card to a new sim card, but this blasted error keeps on showing up all day.

@Kaillera have you inserted the new SIM to see if it works? Are you entering the 19 digit SIM number correctly?

5. Tried Phone's Chrome Incognito - Finally worked, but I think selfserve just cured itself by this time.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.
