Hello i’ve been charged twice for my phone bill this month JANUARY 15th-16th i’ve tried making a ticket for the last hour now keeps giving me errors and everything else I need a refund of $25.30 ASAP I’m tired of dealing with this someone please help I’ve tried everything but you can’t get in contact with anyone

@Help_Me1 - It can take up to 48 hours to get a response. If you really need a refund, they will credit you. The other sudden charge could just get taken back soon. I’ve been charged twice once on January 15th and the 16th and I’ve tried making a ticket and private message with no response and keep getting errors saying it’s currently down but it’s been two days I need a refund of $25.30 asap

Please also note that any extra charges will remain in your account as a credit to pay for future bills.
You can ask for a refund but it will take up to 30 days to process…time for your next bill payment.

@Help_Me1 Similar to @hTideGnow mentioned it could be a hold that will go away. Can you check online whether the charge has been posted or is pending? In my case, I've had this happen once where a 2nd charge was pending for some reason and it disappeared before I had a chance to contact the CS Agent. If it's still pending, I'd wait to see whether it gets posted or goes away.

it could be just a pending charge. Some credit cards take long to drop the pending charge
if it is a real posted charge, then please check with support agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
