Hi i have been charged for 2 plans via my bank account. Would like a refund from one of the payments as i only need one subscription plan for my phone. Ty

@Hollywood28 If one charge is just pending and the other charge has posted , then the pending charge should fall off , however if both charges have posted and you didn’t change plans immediately instead of on renewal then please engage support to help fix for you

PM has no refund policy. But if your second plan is just actived and not really been used, there is a chance they will be ok to issue refund
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
