I’ve been overcharged

I was changing my plan to the 27 dollar plan from the 25 dollar plan. And I was charged for both the 25 and the 27 dollar plan. 
On my credit card statement and so as in the public mobile app, it states two subscriptions were made. I don’t need two phone subscriptions. So please don’t charge the 25 dollar plan. I’m not paying for two phone planes.
