Over past several months my bill has not reflected the AutoPay $2 off/month. Please rectify with explanation.

which province you are at? You might see a higher bill in the last couple months due to the new E911 charge

Public Mobile has discontinued the old autopay discount of $2 per month as of May 2024, replacing it with a new Public Points system.
