OPPO A79 5G Sim not working

My dad's come from India and i've bought him a public mobile sim and a plan. The device isnt able to recognize the sim and nothing shows up. My Telus sim works on his phone though. Please help

The app on your phone or his phone?

hi @PardeepSingh looks to me a sim card setup problem on the system

Start with a reboot and Reset all networks 

if same, you need to ask support agent to refresh your account 

  you can submit ticket by direct message:
