SIM not working

I activated a new sim yesterday (SIM # ) to a new number ###-###-#### and still not working.

Please can you fix it, also if I want to upgrade the plan, is it possible.

Please proceed with a Reset network settings after a device reboot and test again

if issues persists, you will need to open ticket with PM CS_agent for further troubleshoot.  Private message CS Agent at:
