I ported from Rogers to Public Mobile yesterday. While data works, I can’t receive calls or texts, even though I can make calls. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but this issue hasn’t been resolved. Can support please help fix this porting problem so my incoming calls and texts work properly? I using eSIM and already reply YES to porting my number under 90 minutes timeframe.

If you do not have account with PM and have issues send direct message to CS_Agent.
For account/data issues please contact CSA - Customer Support Agent.
You have to open a ticket through chatbot (type 'ticket' and follow prompts until you get a link to a ticket).
Support will be through Community mail; you will not be able to talk any other way to PM support 'live' person.

Use the chatbot to submit a ticket and they will fix it for you. That tends to be resolved with a reset on their end.
