when I signed up I wanted to transfer over a number , so I did that. What I didn’t know, was that the number had to be active with no owing balance, but that number I wanted to transfer was in the hole 40 bucks, so when I was activating my eSIM, everything but that number was activated. So I can’t text or call unless I’m using wifi calling .
now here’s my question: How do I go about picking a new number instead of trying to transfer over a no good number ?? It doesn’t give me the option to do so. I’ve tried private message. I’ve tried chat bot. Just wish there was a way to call these people.

if you really want your old number, call your old carrier and ask if they can accept your verbal approval or let you reactivate for a day or two so you can port
but you just want a new number, then ask PM support agent to help
