I just activated my account 2 days ago…my old phone supplier released my number bit was not able to link it to my account at that time. I have another number bit really like to have my original own for obvious reasons…how do I do this?

If you did porting old number to PM, you should leave old SIM in a phone and reply Yes within 90 minutes in order for porting to work.

@Sylvie7 you sure it was not a problem with your old provider?
No worry, there is a number to porting support and you can talk to them and they will confirm what happened and advise

@Sylvie7 Did you miss the transfer text request and the old account is still active? Then keep the old SIM in your phone and I'll private message (check message box top right) you the Telus porting # and they will ask the old carrier to resubmit the transfer text which needs to be responded to within 90 minutes with a YES.
