Hi.   I didn't get Christmas bonus text.  How do I go about getting it?

The website has problems with caching and seeing old information in your account.

 

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode instead.    

Then do a refresh of your overview page, by clicking on the little circular refresh wheel.

Hi All

Thanks for the replies.  I've submitted a ticket and hope to get a reply soon as I also discovered that I hadn't gotten the new program I'd signed up for a few months ago and had received a confirmation of.  Guess I should check my account more often...

you can add it back easily and quickly with chatbot, just follow the exact sequence on Chatbot and you will be able to submit the ticket

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Missing Bonus

Then click the only choice   My Bonus is Missing 
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Try sending YES2 to 4911 

 

If that doesn't work, then you'll have to ask for a Customer Support Agent to add those holiday gifts to your account manually  

 

Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first.

if you got back a reply saying they will add it, good

if not, then just open ticket with PM Support and they will add it back for you.
