Hi,
I just signed up with Public Mobile yesterday. I asked to transfer my old number. I am using a e sim. I was given a temporary number to use. I am still receiving calls and texts on my old number which is good. But when I look under my cellular settings it shows my number as the temporary number? Any idea whats happening. Sorry I am not very techy. Lol
Thanks

yes, the porting team can confirm if the port was done or advise what missed. Call them and things can be sorted within an hour

Hey @Muskyman
If you have your old providers SIM card in your phone, you should have got a porting request from them. You'd have 1.5 hours to to say YES to the request. If you missed it, it's all good. I'll send you a number you can call to get it fixed right up.

@Muskyman Did you reply Yes to the port authorization text from your old carrier within 90 mins of receiving it?
