Number transfer problem

I setup a new account and i transferred number from another provider however i cannot receive calls or text messages i can make calls.

@Truck128 Have you tried contracting the Porting team regarding your transfer issue? They should be able to help you resolve the problem.

I followed the steps when i setup my public mobile sim and the provider was aliant

Can you outline for us how you went about transferring the number from the other provider @Truck128 , and which provider you moved here from?

Did you remember to leave your old carrier's SIM card in your phone and reply "YES" to the text message for number porting approval?
