Number tranfer

Need an agent to restart the transfert from fizz to public mobil other wise i will request a refund

The transfer was canceled and i cant get in the account

if you are not connecting at all, this is a sim provisioning issue, are you using esim or physical sim?  If esim, do you see the esim on your Sim Manager screen (or Settings> Cellular on iPhone) ?

is your service working? do you just not able to login My Account?  Let us know what works and what not, there are different paths for further troubleshooting

I think it is time to submit proper ticket. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

I have called both numbers they dint doo nothing foor me

Dint work out for me i am discuraged 

Nothing is working for me like even my account seems bloked or loked its not my email or my password. Its saying (forbiden A1) i am realy sick of this none can doo enything but they can bill my card do i was so happy to join public mobil

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
