Can not fail 1800 number

Can not dail through on a 1800 number or says call failed. Why?

@KimVic  Not sure why that would be.  You might want to see if customer service can do anything at their end.  You can open a service ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page or, if that doesn't work, you can send support a private message using this link

I’m in Canada trying to call a Canadian 1-800 number but the call keeps failing yet my husband who is also with Public Mobile can call the same number and we are on the same plan
