Number Transfer Issues

I'm having trouble transferring my number. I can call/send texts from the new public mobile e-sim, but not receive calls/text from it - they go to the old SIM.

I talked with the old company (FIDO), they confirmed that they had a problem and have re-approved the transfer, but they said that Public Mobile need to re-initiate the request. How can I do that? what number should I call? The automated chat just said to open a ticket. Thank you
