Retry transfer of number

I was on a flight when the transfer request was made. So i need to request another transfer. How do i do this?

As long as your Public mobile account was set up properly, you can call the Telus team porting team number to re-initiate the port request.

My number didn't port the first so so public mobile needs to port it again. How do i get this message through to them?
