Just payed 40$ after an account suspension and nothing is being activated after it said account successfully activated how do I get a refund

How did you pay? In your account with your credit card? A PM voucher? With your available funds? Did you download a receipt? If you log back in using secret/incognito mode you have funds and your available funds? Does it say active? Does it still say suspended?

@Idontknow27 You still want to get your account up and running , right? If so, let's try to see what we can do to reactivate
Can you try using Incognito mode or a different browser to login to My Account? Check if you see the button "Reactivate current plan" is still there. Check if you have any Available fund. If you have $40 there, you can try to click that button again, it should bring you back to the payment page and it should use the Available Fund to reactivate
If you don't see the $40 sitting in Available Fund, check your Payment History page to see if PM took the $40. If so, go to Quick Links on top right , click Lost/stolen Phone to suuspend your account first. Then Log out first. Log back in after 5 minutes. Go back to the same page to resume your service via lost/stolen phone. Now, see if PM will use the money to reactivate your plan

Did you try to log off/on?
Sometimes reactivation does not work first time.
One of advises to reactivate was: If it doesn't reactivate then go to the plans or usage page and click on the lost/stolen feature. Suspend your service. Log-out/in. Resume your service. Your plan should automatically reactivate.
PM being pre-paid service does not provide refunds after renewal has been paid.

Did you try reboot on the phone...that might help.
Dial 611 to hear if acct is Active or not.
