Surrey is invalid city in BC?

Trying to fill up my new account with my address and no Surrey in the list.

Address data have not much meaning at PM. It is just formality to create an account. Pick any close by or any in BC which is 'valid'.

For PM most important is for you to pay the bill, do not forget your PIN and ID/pass for account.

Unfortunately not all cities are listed, however, the city you select will not impact your account. It is recorded for PM's personal data/records. I would suggest selecting the city closest to you. Hope this helps!

Yes, the City list on Self Serve My Account is not a full list .  But honest, it is not that useful, it is just record keeping for PM.  It is not used to validate your credit card or anything serious

If you are just updating your My Account profile, you can leave it blank.  But if it force you to pick a city, then just pick one closest to you.
