Not receiving incoming calls!

For some reason I'm not receiving incoming calls. I can call out and text but no one can call me. It's going right to voice mail. Ive shut my phone off and restarted several times. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My phone only uses 3G. I tried everything else multiple times, nothing is working.

@BeaB, have you tried the suggestions in this thread? 

It seems a temporary fix is to change your Voice & Data (iPhone)/Network mode (Android) to use 3G, or you can try toggling airplane mode off and on or try shutting down your phone and power back on. TELUS is still having some outages. You can have a look on the outage map https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus/map

I am having the same problem. Cannot receive any call, they go to voice mail automatically. I am in Nova Scotia.

Sounds exactly the same. My husband's phone is working perfectly fine. We've  never had an issue with PM either. Hopefully they get it worked out soon!

I'm in Moncton, 24 hours now without incoming calls; text messaging works but is very slow, up to a 10 min delay. can call out ok.

Phone reset- yes

Sim moved to another phone- yes

all the normal stuff tried with no effect on the problem

Have another Public mobile phone at same location working fine.

First time in years I've had problem with PM, I don't even know how to report a problem???

How did I switch to 3g this is all I see.

Yes I totally shut it down.  I guess I'll see what tomorrow brings. Thanks for the help!

likely due to the outage then. Someone earlier today said that they shut down their phone (not a restart) and then started the phone and then it began to work again. I mention the "not a restart" part because they tried numerous restarts but it didn't work

major problem today.  You might not be in Quebec but look like you are affected by the same outage

Change network mode to 3G , some said it resolves the problem for now

Telus reports some problem with their networks in Quebec and some parts of Ontario....are you in those areas ?
