Not receiving any calls / 6UM1 on all outgoing calls.

Hello,

 

My phone has been acting up. No body is able to call me (the call just doesn't go through) and when I try to call anyone I receive 6UM1 error unless I enter a 1 before their 10 digit phone number.

 

I have tried all the troubleshooting steps even factory reset my phone.

try to power off the phone for 5 mkns, then turn on and see if it works

 

if not, you could be caught with a recent voice issue from VoLTE enablement, please open ticket with PM support and they can resolve it quickly

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this  Chatbot Ticket Link 

Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Have you tried your SIM card in another unlocked phone? What does it say when you dial 611 from your phone? Is your account active?
